I’m starting the tenth line treatment this Friday. I had topotecan for the first part of 2026, but a PET scan in July showed the cancer stopped responding, and started growing instead. I’ve had a compulsory break and now am going to try gemcitabine.
I’ve recently celebrated my 16th anniversary with ovarian cancer as well! I can hardly believe it. The hospital where I get treated is almost a second home!

@jenelleseaman Your life and words are so encouraging to us all here on Connect. You are surely the testament that a person can live with cancer and thrive. I agree with @inquirerinquirer that you are receiving excellent care from your team.

@jenelleseaman Sounds like they're giving you beyond excellent care. I've never read of any one else having 10 treatments and 16 years of success. Praying your success continues. Also, by the way, very cute kids!
