I have pelvic dyssenergia. Does anyone else have that?
Hi,
I have CIC but also have pelvic dyssenergia. Does anyone else have that? I have been to pelvic floor PT but still can’t evacuate completely. Wonder if anyone has any suggestions. Thank you

I am functionally blind so I don't think my replies always come out as being from me. I had anorectomanometry and baloon explusion. My muscled are definitely not working but after a few months I have movement occasionally but usually it is having to use ther finger. I need BioFeedback but my Dr. and I are still searching. No one wants to do it.
@maggie1942 Sounds like you're doing all you can to deal with your situation. Unfortunately, there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to treatment here, right? As my husband is always saying, "Old age is not for sissies!" We're only entering the senior phase of life but we both had parents who lived into their nineties and who did not have an easy time of things. I'm glad you have at least some support. This forum is a good place to exchange information and to learn that one isn't the only one out there dealing with these kinds of things.
@rnewman12 I appreciate your thoughts and help. We are in this together.
