Night time urination frequency post radiation
I concluded 8 weeks of radiation March 4 and 12 months of Orgovyx. Now 6 months later I continue to have to urinate 5/6 times a night while taking Flomax and Gemtesa. (I don't have any issues during the day) Have any of you had similar issues yet saw improvement during the following 6-12 months?

I had a similar problem that happened years later after radiation. I take Myrbetriq Was you supposed to work similarly to Gemtesa, You might ask your doctor to switch and see if it helps.
I used to get up two or three times a night. I now don’t need to get up at all..
I had 8 weeks of radiation and 28 months of ADT and for a while I used to urinate 5 times a night now I still urinate 3 times a night.
I had radiation 16 months ago and usually go once or twice at night. Cutting back on fluids earlier helped some.
Thank you for your responses. I am hopeful that my bladder continues to heal from the radiation during the next 6 months and the frequency declines.
