I am getting the longer infusion. My provider recommended hydrating and drinking something with electrolytes, ibuprofen, etc.
My question was really a poll--how many of you who have gotten Reclast were flat on your back the next day?

@janism I was fine. Continued the hydration and Tylenol the day after with no issues.

I had my first Reclast infusion last September. I wasn’t told to take anything in preparation. I was given the 60 minutes infusion, and did okay the rest of that day. But the day after all I felt like doing was curling up on the couch—achy, lethargic, and very tired. I wouldn’t have wanted to be at work that day.
