@sharonbeelime thank you John for the hype. After much experimenting with both high THC and CBD and variations in between I found that micro-dosing the combo best. I didn’t try looking into CBD alone for pain control though, but I know studies have been done to verify this. I hope you can open these in the UK and if not please let me know so I can change the delivery method?

Welcome @sharonbeelime, sorry to hear that your husband hasn't found much relief for his spinal stenosis. I think @jenatsky mentioned in another discussion that he uses a combo of THC/CBD tincture 25mg each 3x daily for pain with pretty good results and may be able to tell you more about how to purchase it.
