I have been on Zoloft since age 28 and I am 54 now. I have been on the max dose of 200 mg for many, many years. My Psych NP will not go above the maximum recommended dose.

I have been struggling with depression symptoms since at least January of this year. Just started 0.5 mg of Vraylar a few days ago. I was on Abilify, but it was not helping.
