@heisenberg34 I had S1-L5 herniations, three surgeries. Radio frequency ablation outside the vertabrae. Many injections. My pain doc in St. Paul recommended spinal cord stimulation. I saw Mayo pain Doc for second opinion. Based on a careful review of my MRI and my end plates in particular he recommended the BVN which ablates nerves inside you end plates which are full of nerves. Here is what Google says about it: "Basivertebral nerve ablation (often called the Intracept Procedure) is a minimally invasive, outpatient treatment that uses radiofrequency heat to disable the basivertebral nerve inside the spinal bone,"
