Sad but true. If you're looking for comfort, a partner to feel what you're feeling, someone who can easily help figure out what to do, well, we've lost that loving, caring feeling. And definitely, someone who isn't phased by red in his urine, or as @labrown post OMG a snake in their room, it's on us to figure it all out. Frankly, that's tiring and frightening but goes hand and hand with the disease. Just no emotional reaction at all. For me, that's one of the hardest things to deal with. The realization that our loved ones have changed, where I'm now questioning every day whether its progressing and whether the lequembe infusions are working. I try not to go there. A ray of sun this morning out on the patio! God's light helping lead out way. We are not alone.
