Anyone have severe abdominal pain with Cabometyx (cabozantinib)?

Has anyone experienced severe abdominal pain with cabometyx? Did it improve with time or did you have to quit taking the drug? Thank you!

No, stayed at 40 mg.

@lu7 So you are going back it hoping that the side effects are more tolerable? I sure as heck hope so. Please let me know how you are doing ok?

Isn’t there a 20 mg dose?
When my dr approached the idea I was told I would start at the lowest 20 every other day and work up from there
He said people tolerated it better that way
I chose a different route of treatment

@lu7, how it is going with restarting Cabometyx (cabozantinib)?

First week was pretty good, but now the GI issues are back. Bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea when I eat. My labs are ok, so I will keep at it. Any advice is welcome.
