@lizzieqmention. I have fpund that drinking a lot if water helps. Guafenisin is a good product that will help with the mucus. I do have a lot of congestion. This in itself can be overbearing at times. Looks like you wear aa CS1122. It shouldn't be very difficult at all to insert or remove. Check with another Ottorhinolaryngologist and confirm it is the correct size.

@trach I agree, drinking plenty of water definitely helps. I drink almost a gallon a day and still deal with a lot of mucus and congestion. It can be overwhelming at times! I actually wear an 11/24. It’s not usually difficult for me to insert or remove, but I do use a little jelly to help it slide in easier.
