plus one for what @andycapp said. I have a terrible time getting to sleep on prednisone (even though it makes a huge improvement in my breathing when I need it.) try taking it as early as possible and if you still can't sleep well, let your team know. if it carries on too long, they'll usually offer some type of sleep aid.
