Sleep disturbance due to steroids in prep for radition

Take the steroid as early in the am as possible. I’m titrating off of Prednisone after 4 months on it and haven’t had a good nights sleep in the entire time! It’s a double edged sword and I’ll be happy when I’m finally off of it.

Thanks so much Andy. I am taking it at 6 AM right now, getting up and eating yogurt with it.
