Cardiac Immune Neuropathy

My wife may have something similar. She has neurological and possible autonomic symptoms, low blood pressure and dizziness, along with transient inverted T waves on ECG. Her cardiac MRI and echocardiogram were normal. I would be very interested to hear what symptoms you have and how Cardiac Autoimmune Neuropathy was diagnosed. Her underlying condition is a low grade Lymphoma so far untreated.

I'll keep you posted this end as well, I hope you get somewhere. One thing we have heard about is the Vagus Nerve and there are tests such as Tilt-table test with beat-to-beat BP/ECG, deep-breathing test (DBT), Valsalva manoeuvre (VM), QSART and QST, depending on your symptoms. Highly specialised and costly if you can find somewhere that does them hopefully you have a good cardiologist and insurance, we have the NHS ;(

Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy aka CAN. It’s not easy to deal with. I went to the grocery store. I decided to walk instead of a cart. Big mistake got dizzylight headed my Bp was 96/50. It went back up in five minutes sometimes it’s 159/100 wait 10minutez it should start coming down. You get arrhythmias heart beats too slow or too fast. Once it’s in your heart not much you can do. After, my diagnosis I was told by the electrophysiologist you have eight years left to live. Mine is autoimmune problems.
