Has anyone had experience running or biking after the placement of SpaceOar or a similar product?

I jogged a 5K every other day during my 28 days of proton radiation after having SpaceOAR Vue injected. (I swam laps for 35-45 minutes on alternating days.) Never did any biking; didn’t want to put any pressure back there.

2 ReactionsI rode a stationary bike 20-25 minutes M-F during treatment. I hope that wasn't the cause of my radiation proctitis, but SpaceOar didn't prevent it.

1 ReactionHad Barrigel placed on 7/29. After a week started back spinning class.
Completed IMRT treatment #15 Friday and did spinning class yesterday. No issues. I did bring a gel pad to place over the seat as a precaution.
I can’t tell the Barrigel is even present.

I did aerobic walking, swimming but no biking. Both of my R/Os from two different C.O.E. institutions said no bike riding after Space/Oar or even during radiation treatments. The pressure on Space/Oar can make it move and bike riding in some was shown to irritate the prostate.
My Mayo PCP also said not too for same reasons.

1 ReactionI exercised using pin loaded machines in gyms 3 times a week, every other day, with cardio exercise on a recumbent exercise machine on alternate days, from when the SpaceOAR was put in and all through the radiation treatments.
