I believe your symptoms may indicate pppd. Research it and many doctors are still not familiar with it. Most tests come back negative but there is a "disconnect" between your eyes, vestibular system and proprioception. I've had it for 4 years and I'm still working on it. The help on YouTube is better than most specialists. Don't give up, cause it's a journey.
