@benedict66066 I’m 4.5 years out from a liver transplant and generally stick to the 8am 8pm schedule. When I travel and change time-zones, I just stick to same time-adjusted schedule. So for example, we are traveling to France next week and will take my Tacro at 2pm & 2am local time. I’m a 66 year old man, so I’m up several times a night anyway! I put alarms on my iPhone so I don’t forget - because I feel so terrific that I often forget that I’m a transplant patient.
