@benedict66066 I think as long as you keep it 12 hrs apart in order to keep a good blood level in your system, you'll be good.

Like @jessdualtransplant said when you make the move, do it by half hour increments. My husband did that when he had to travel across time zones, adjusting ahead of the travel and right after the travel, then reversing it when he headed home. Consistency is the key! And, remembering to take them. This October my husband celebrates his 10 year transplantiversary, and has forgotten his night meds less than 5 times!
