Has anyone used Regensil?

Regensil, as I understand, is a supplement to help with joint pain from osteoarthritis and osteopenia/osteoporosis. It includes as one of its ingredients, Mesoporosil.
Has anyone used this supplement and has it helped? Thank you!

What would you hope to gain from its use?

Have you done your own research? There are many products making similar claims.
"Customer" positive reviews do not replace credible research.
If it were me I would not waste my money. What is your endocrinologist suggesting as a treatment plan?
The old saying is still around for a reason. "If it sounds too good to be true, then...."

Thank you for your honest response. I appreciate it. I can’t read it to my husband, though, because he totally told me the same thing. LOL
I’ve been on Evenity for my osteoporosis, I have osteoarthritis and my ankles and feet hurt terribly. I also have an incomplete spinal cord injury and neuropathy. There hasn’t been any drugs or supplements that have helped. I guess I do need to heed the advice, if it’s that simple, it’s likely too good to be true.
Again, thank you.

Regensil is a form of silica. I had never heard of it until your post. just did a quick research and found a review of silicon for osteoporosis from NIH. There may be something to it after all. I will have to do more research, but ....maybe there is hope for it. Not miracle use, but if it helps here are some foods that contain silica
Common dietary sources of silicon [58, 64]. doesn't sound like it can hurt anyway

Dietary source Portion size mg/portion
Beer 12 oz 8.25 mg
Red wine 4 oz 1.70 mg
Raisins 100 gm 8.25 mg
Green beans 250 gm 6.10 mg
High-bran cereal 100 gm 10.17 mg
Whole grain bread 200 gm 4.50 mg
Mineral water 0.5 L 0–40 mg depending on brand
Brown rice with husks 100 gm 2.07 mg
