Is anyone on PHESGO?

Posted by varsha08 @varsha08, May 17, 2024

I was diagnosed with HER2+ and ER PR Negative. After 6 initial chemos, I have been on Perjeta and Herceptin for last 4 years. Now it is PHESGO. Every three weeks. I am able to tolerate it but is bothered by Neuropathy in my hands and feet. Is there anyone going through similar treatment? Or suffering from chemo induced neuropathy?
My oncologist says Perjeta can induce neuropathy only in 8% of the patients! I seem to be a part of that 8%.
I want to know if anyone’s neuropathy went away after the chemos were stopped??Thank you.

I have been on Phesgo about 2 years after HER2 spread to my liver after being in dormant for 5 years.

@mollyhick thank you for your response!
Hope you are in remission now after two years of Phesgo. Do you have any side effects like neuropathy? What is your oncologist’s views on how long to continue it? I have gone off Phesgo from May 2026.

All the best to you!
