@dmedaglio1 I am on my last month of Tymlos. I have had a 10% increase in bmd in my hips. One has gone from osteoporosis to osteopenia. I started gaining weight in my second year on Tymlos. I am not happy about it but I am very pleased with the effect on my hips-and if the weight comes off over the next 6-12 months, all the better. My primary concern is what to do next to protect my gains.
