Yes, I been taking it now for about a year, I am on 25 mg. the lowest dose for insomnia. I learn to cut them because taking 25mg I will sleep all day. I only want to sleep at night

@margaretallen I am currently on it, but cut it down to a 1/4 of a pill at night. For me I am noticing the depression seems to be lingering all morning, therefore, am considering tapering off.
