Questions for anyone who has had a full spinal fusion

I am about to have a two day spinal surgery, a fusion from my pelvic to T9. Day two he will correct my scoliosis.

I’m hoping to connect with someone who has had this surgery.

I had two previous fusions that failed likely from my own level of activity. 19 months ago had an extensive revision that involved T9 to S1. This time it was anchored to the pelvis and it's been a marvelous success. Give it a year to heal, gradually getting back to your activities.

@racerman Glad it was successful. After the healing process is complete, don't go crazy with your activity level. I think you should curtail it to a degree just to be safe.
