@dalleyb they are ok but didn't really help with my pain issues
@jakedduck1 I've been wearing a pair of New Balance extra wide tennis shoes with diabetic socks for years, and the pain of having to wear shoes is considerably less than it was beforehand.

1 ReactionHi. Wishing you a positive breakthrough moving forward. I just read the initial post and all the comments. Three thoughts: 1) Has your medical team eliminated the possibility that your PN is just that and not either CIPD or anti-MAG? I ask because for me, the first analysis was not correct, nor the second. 2) Re shoes, I'm sure there are lots of good ones. I have been using Kuru shoes the past 3 years. For general use, I wear the Quantum 2.0 wides and for home use, the Tread sandals. Kuru's are not cheap, but they are incredibly comfortable, and are built like tanks. 3) There is an incredible amount of bunk out there, especially on the internet and via social media. I would try to research anything you are considering buying or using by trying to find as much about it through independent reviews and analysis. Everyone is different and some things work for some people, but not others -- however, there are tons of cases where folks are selling snake oil to capitalize on other's misfortune. All the best.
