@debjacobs54 Yes, I think that procedure is Iridotomy; I had it the same day I was diagnosed with glaucoma. But my doctor said that I would have to use the drops for the rest of my life.
By the way, the procedure doesn't hurt and is fast. I estimate that it took less than 30 seconds in each eye; the prep took longer than that.
