@honey123, welcome to Connect. Dealing with weakness, confusion and fainting for nearly 10 years and seeing many doctors sounds like quite a journey. I am glad to see you here!

Before we get too far down the road trying to figure out what might be happening, can we back up a bit? What are you hoping other members can help you figure out? Are you looking for others who have experienced similar symptoms, ideas about what to ask your doctors next, or something else?

It would also help to know whether you have actually been diagnosed with low blood pressure, what your blood pressure does when you stand or walk, and what your doctors have told you so far.

Knowing a little more about what you’re looking for and what has already been evaluated may help members share experiences that are more relevant to yours.

@jlharsh I’v always had low blood pressure all my life and now it drops so low when I stand up and my chest tightens, and it causes shortness of breath which makes me pass out. I have been hospitalized twice and doctors did every tests but with no results. They couldn’t find what’s wrong with me. They put me on Midodrine but It isn’t helping to improve my blood pressure. I still have the same symptoms.
About 50 days ago, my heart rate dropped to 30 so now I have pacemaker in my chest. The doctor told me that my heart rate and low blood pressure are two different things. My heart rate improved but low blood pressure is still dropping so dangerously low. It is baffling to me and the doctors because they don’t seem to know what’s causing it.
