@fred41 check your food intake for CALCIUM CARBONATE , an ingredient in manufactured foods, especially breakfast cereals and fake milks. ALL FAKE MILKS HAVE THIS. This ingredient decreases creon and Zenpep effectiveness severely. Check all manufactured foods for this. For milks use lactose free. It is easier to digest.

Thanks for the information; I didn't know this.

@venture You said that calcium citrate decreases the action of Creon. Where can I find the source of this data? I’ve been on Ca+ citrate for months and didn’t know this. If true, I now know why my creon only works some! Please send me some info! I was to see the PA in digestive health tomorrow but she had to cancel but I got some good news from you!
