I have three friends and family members get Shingles shortly after of having COVID in 2020. We knew then there was a correlation and yet 6 years later research verifies! So much money spent on Covid research and the breakthrough in 2026 is on things many of us already knew but no break through on treatments! I am very down today on the Medical community’s ability to treatment Long Covid and help us.
Sorry to be so negative this morning, but I woke in severe pain and brain fog, my Covid clinic just keeps adjusting LDN after 6 months without LDN providing any relief and not offering other options. I’ve seen >50 doctors over the last 5 years since first the Moderna Covid Vaccine made me severely sick, then a 2024 covid infection. Stanford has been helpful in providing understanding of my condition, how ME/CFS and neuro-inflammation work, but not of relieving this debilitating pain I’m living 24x7 with. Its frustrating.
