@rochelle369 Yes, I do. You are chatting with a cholesterol queen here. I have Familial Cholesterolemia, nothing can be done about that. My total Chol was 376 when I was 25 years old. Fast forward to 70 yrs young, after my 11 yr old CABGX3 closed up from 2014, I am now living on my LIMA artery; nothing else can be done. I am a cholesterol pro. Our bodies need cholesterol but we don't want it to oxodize or get inflamed inside our vessels. It's not all numbers, it's inflammation and oxidization that are the enemies.
I'm on #15 Repatha inject; only God knows what that's doing to my poor body.
Good luck with your numbers.

@prunella1111 You didn't state you had Familial Cholesterolemia earlier. What is your diet

@prunella1111 I wish you well. ❤️

@prunella1111 I wonder about that. The first time I had my cholesterol checked was in the mid-eighties and it was high. That was the first time the doctor put me on statins. I felt so bad I quit taking it. That was the first time a doctor “threatened” me to take statins. I changed doctors. It’s been a long road with doctors and meds about my cholesterol. I exercise and eat organic fresh foods. I quit sodas, ultra processed foods and all fast foods over 30 years ago. Been doing yoga for 13 years. Been getting between 6,000 - 10,000 steps a day.

So, yes, I am very happy with 200.
