My husband was on Daraxonrasib for 3 weeks and had face rashes and mouth sores. We did all the things that was recommended and they would not clear up. The doctor took him off Daraxonrasib for one week and the mouth sores and face rashes cleared up in about 5 days. They then lowered him Daraxonrasib from 300 mgs to 200 mg. He also started taking Daraxonrasib at night. It's only been 2 days, but so far so good.

@katereese0820 I am glad that the break helped. Hopefully, the reduced dose will minimize the side effects. Please keep us posted. Everyone is learning from each other. Thanks.

@katereese0820 taking the pill at night also helped my mom. She never got the mouth sores but had the rash and followed the preventative protocol She is also on a reduced dose of 200 mg and that seems to have done the trick. No more rash. I hope your husband continues to do well on the reduced dose.
