@colleenyoung Thank you so much for this helpful information! Yes, I have downloaded the phone app, but haven't really used it yet since it's easier (at my age) to read the laptop screen! The info about the transport is also very helpful since I am recovering from an ankle reconstruction and want to limit any excessive walking. I will check out the attached maps.

@jayhart, I’ll just add some encouragement to what Colleen and Laurie have already shared. One thing I’ve found at Mayo is that they really do want to help you with what you need, so please don’t hesitate to ask—especially while you’re protecting that ankle. You don’t have to figure everything out ahead of time or navigate it all on your own.

I’m also like you in that I use the Mayo website from home whenever I can. I find it easy to navigate on a larger screen. The app can be handy when you’re there, but you certainly don’t have to rely on it to find your way around.

I hope your October visit goes smoothly and that your ankle continues to heal!
