@jacksonb1959 I have the research evidence to show that at 150 mg per day it’s pain control is no better than the placebo used in the test. It has to be at least 300 my per to be effective.

@blowerk1216 Well, I do take one 150mg pill at night before I go to bed and then another at 11am. So, I am getting the 300 a day. It seems to be "controlling" the pins and needles, that's about it.
