@stan52 Typical is easy and has a 95-97% cure rate. Over time it can return and can turn into Fib. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5522718/. Just watch triggers especially alcohol

@labexperiment that’s a question I have. Can I drink wine and beer occasionally. My trigger seems to be prolonged spell of being in a warm area after swimming workout. It happened every time I had the racing HR that wouldn’t subside. Those are the only times I’ve had it. Does anxiety play a role also?
