Supplements
Hello. I have idiopathic neuropathy and suffer from burning feet and tingling. Currently I am on Gabapentin. Can anyone recommend a supplement they are taking that has helped relieve this nerve pain ? I was recommended one but it’s meant for diabetic nerve pain apparently and I am not a diabetic. Thank you

6 Reactions@friends27 I have been using a mix of Voltaren and a Magnesium cream. It helps to take the edge off my buring feet.

3 ReactionsHello! I am having the same symptoms like you (plus burning sensations) but I couldn’t stand any prescription meds because of the side effects, mostly lightheaded and sleepiness.
To ease the symptoms I am trying rubbing my feet at night with magnesium oil, wearing during the day ice packs socks when resting, taking 2 Tylenol per day, exercises for feet and ankle, walking around 4000 to 6000 steps per day. If I walk more my feet will feel very painful. All these symptoms are never gone but they can be lessened. All the best!

1 Reaction@ corneliagd i am not trying to make $ of a direct marketing scheme, but I have taken Ambrotose for the past 25 years now. Friend of mine recommended to make a little $ and help me out! Been on it ever since!
Shtuff works wonders but will never be approved as a drug as it can’t pass the dreaded “how much it as well much”! It’s all natural and I tell ya works wonders.
Do a Google search on Ambrotose and go from there!
