@brightlight66 Your post is very encouraging to me. May I ask how old you are? I'm almost 83 and a little over 2 years out from DCIS breast cancer. I had a lumpectomy with clear margins and clear lymph nodes. I've been on Anastrazole for the 2 years after finishing radiation treatments and really feel like it's aging me! What really caught my interest about your comments is that you are doing AlgaeCal and your osteoporosis numbers have improved. I've recently learned about AlgeCal products and have been doing lots of research about it. I had a baseline dexa-scan after my radiation completed (which showed osteopenia) and am due for the 2 year follow-up scan in Oct. I've already made up my mind that if I'm into osteoporosis I'm not going to do any drug treatment and want to do natural ways of increasing my bone density. My husband and I walk almost every day for 45 minutes using walking poles for extra upper-body workout. I already do Calcium, Vit D, and magnesium but think I'll definitely consider doing AlgaeCal after the dexa scan results are in since it's only a couple months away. Thanks for your encouraging comments.
