This was summery of my biopsy report:

Summary of additional features:
Perineural invasion: absent
Cribriform pattern 4: present
Intraductal prostatic adenocarcinoma: absent

When I asked the "chief" pathologist at Univ of Penn who did 2nd opinion of my biopsy slides about cribriform on original report this was her reply: In summary, the presence of cribriform pattern is documented in all cancers that have pattern 4.

I didn't know to ask about large or small cribriform because I never heard about it until months later when Jeff started to mention large or small cribriform on this forum.
