@lkirnbauer Have you tried smelling numerous essential oils daily? Star will a couple at a time. I burned a candle that I could barely smell. Went to Yankee Candle so many times. Also sniffed strong spices like allspice, cloves and garlic? I would even try to taste them. Plain horseradish and jarred garlic. Anything strong. As I stated, acupuncture really helped but too a long time and it can be expensive. I'm sorry it is taking so long. doctors are baffled by COVID and it's side effects. It is very frustrating. Chocolate cake was one of the first things I could taste. Oh darn! Hope this helps. Contact me agin if you wish.

@gnana6 I have a Smell Training Kit with lemon, eucalyptus, rose and clove that I was told to sniff 2 x’s daily and jot down what I smell. Most days it’s at 0 or 1, on occasion some scents are a 5. I’ve been doing this for about 3 months now and it’s not changed anything so far. I can smell a certain candle that I burn, but only get 1 or 2 whiffs and then it’s gone. It’s the same with everything I smell, which are far and few between. I can’t taste anything either, which is no fun at all!
