At Mayo Clinic, do pathologists always check IDC, report it if found?

As a recent graduate of the RALP program At Mayo Rochester I can share that if you have both IDC and Large Crib as I do, it would be listed in your post surgical interpretation as follows:
Intraductal Carcinoma (IDC): Present, incorporated into the Gleason grade
Large Cribriform Glands: Present
Not sure if all of the Mayo Facilities report identically. My experience in the last few months is that nothing is standardized in the PC world and you should get second and third opinion on everything.

@byelliq6 I contacted Mayo and the pathologist said that when he saw cribriform, he did not complete the rest on idc stain. He said the cribriform gives enough of pathologic significance. I requested to finish it all, but I did not hear back yet. It is concerning.
