Hello @shawnpeters, If I'm not mistaken, I think femoral nerve damage is a specific type of peripheral nerve damage. It might be worth seeking help with a neurosurgeon at the Peripheral Nerve Clinic at Mayo Clinic Arizona or possibly Rochester - https://www.mayoclinic.org/departments-centers/peripheral-nerve-clinic/sections/overview/ovc-20510295.
