Has anyone used Calciven by Nutreance?
I have read Calciven is good for osteoporosis.

You might want to enter calcium en into the search 🔎 function. I believe someone posted on that the other day.
I looked it up, and it seems to me there isn't nearly enough calcium or magnesium to be beneficial.

I meant Calciven

I just recently switched to Calciven to give it a try. It does contain most of the basics. What I like about it is that it has 2000 IUs of D3 and 100mcg of K2-mk7 and has boron. The doses of magnesium and calcium are small. Also, it is on the expensive side. It goes down easy and does not give me any stomach upset. I take it in the morning, along with fortibone and vitamin C gummies. I take a 250mg supplement of calcium at dinner and try to fill in the rest of my calcium with food. I also add K2-mk4 after dinner and 400 more IUs of D3. Lastly I take an additional 120mg magnesium before bed. So, I like it, but I don’t think it is enough on its own. However, 2 years is a long wait to know if something is helping or not. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to test in between the 2 year Dexa scans?
Did you see the info on Calciven. If not go to search.
