Just a note…even electric toothbrushes can cause a similar issue…vestibular neuritis is common but…
The Epley maneuver is a series of head and body movements you can do at home to treat vertigo caused by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a condition where small calcium crystals in your inner ear become dislodged and trigger spinning sensations. It works by guiding the crystals back to their proper place in the ear, often relieving symptoms within minutes.
I would have someone help you with the vertigo…who knows about this…ENT for example.
I dont use osteoboost, however, I do have a bone growth stimulator prescribed to me by my doctor at Twin Cities Orthopedic, BTW the orthopedic group used by the MN Vikings. My Orthopedic doctor prescribed it after suffering spontaneous sacral fractures after radiation treatment. These devices, if medical grade, have been used to help repair bone and stimulate osteoblasts (which grow our bone) for 50 years. I wear mine 3 hours a day. It has helped the bone repair and growth. I will be taking a REMS scan next month to learn if there is infact evidence of improvement since my last REMS 6 months ago. I am however now on Evenity for 5 months as well just to be transparent.
I did notice a big decline in pain within 2 weeks of wearing my bone growth stimulator, which I began 1 month prior to Evenity. I asked if this device could be used in lieu of bone medications. The doctors response was ethical, he said "they have not done studies on these devices specifically for osteoporosis, so he could not recommend it in lieu of."
However, I (speaking as me not my doc) believe they, (pulsed electric magnetic field) devices do work, just how effective for osteoporosis bone fracture prevention no one clinically knows. Nor will we ever in my opinion because big pharma may not like that. Mine is called Physio Stem Bone Healing Therapy. Yes it was expensive, insurance only covers after 90 days of no evidence or little of healing. I did not want to live 90 more days in pain so I paid out of pocket and the company significantly reduced my cost.
@osteopatient2026 , thank you!
