I just had my third injection of Kevzara , which means I’ve been on it for four weeks. I’m hoping I feel better once I’ve been on it for three months, so far I don’t feel better. I’m starting my tapering of the prednisolone from 8 mg to 6 mg today. I don’t feel very good to start with, so I’m hoping I can reduce with little change in that department!
I am very hopeful it will help me with the tapering, I haven’t been able to reduce at all. I’ve been on prednisolone, same dose basically from the beginning of 8 mg, since January of this year.

@ga29 Hang in there….
my first thought is your prednisone taper is VERY BIG, 8-6 is 25%.
My dr said no more than 10% drop, that would be 8 to 7.
What is “not feeling good”? Is it PMR symptoms?
All the more reason to be no taper or slower taper.
Maybe even ask dr and hold off taper for 2 more shots.
