Yes. The only one I don't have symptoms is the Bradycardia. Reason, I have an ICD/Pacemaker which paces my heart at 70 bpm.

My PVCs can be random or consecutive. It is the consecutive ones that really bother me. Medication Amiodarone and Mexiletine are the medication I am on and really keep the PVCs and PACs down.

I am having my third ablation in a few months to address two more sources of PVCs in hope can come off Amiodarone.

My symptoms for PVCs is like the heart stops and then really pumps very hard. I was told by my cardiologist this is because the PVCs does not pump the blood as much as normal ejection and thus the regular beat will be stronger as pumping more blood out.

The PACs when I do feel them is like a flutter. I am on Eliquis for that. Again both medications have drastically reduce the frequency of both dramatically.

Have you been diagnosed with PACs? Need to ensure not having AFIB. You can have a Holter monitor test and give you a good diagnosis. A EKG is just a 10 second review so that is why the do the Holter monitor test. I have had the multiple day and 24 hour Holter monitor tests.

If you have PACs and think maybe AFIB need to see your doctors. If you have AFIB the biggest danger is blood clots that cause strokes. I was diagnosed with AFIB (on/off) and put on Eliquis a anti clogging (blood thinner) drug.
