I am so sorry to hear that, it must be very scary and very painful too 😢. Other members already covered Lupron and balance, but please go to regular doctor and ask for referral for neurological evaluation since mini strokes can cause unexpected falls too. Perhaps check your peripheral vision too.
It can be just bad luck also and talking from experience here lol. Couple of years back (I was late fifties) I fell twice in a span of 2 mos and had really bad injuries, inclooding a broken rib. I have excellent balance and am very fit and agile but I made ditzy decisions 😵‍💫 - like walking fast backward without checking distance to the pool edge ( accident no 1) and rushing like crazy person through dark garage and tripping and spilling flat forward over electrical cable (accident no 2).
