Yes, care for HCM at a COE is the best possible route. You emphatically emphasize that in your post (thank you). There is no place like home! It has only been a week. Please keep moving - slowly - walking, too. Please also share updates on how you are doing, even compare this recovery to that of the previous experience.

It will be five weeks tomorrow since I had my REDO Septical Myectomy and I thought I would share an update.
It was a struggle but I was determined I was not going to live my life on oxygen, and I did it I am off of it.
But the struggle still goes on I believe they got all of the obstruction.
I am having alot of problems breathing like something is pushing on my lungs, and out of breath and dizzy.
I am still so Fatiqued and have no energy but still walking despite how I feel. My heart rate stays high my blood pressure is high, swollen feet, that last 24 hours with no relief.
The second time around is definitely harder than the first, but I am still working on trying to push on.
But in my case I've decided for me I am done with anymore medical procedures and appointments.
I will always believe that if you are going to have a Septical Myectomy please go to a Hospital Of Excellence that has performed 1.000 of Septical Myectomy not just 15 or 20 make calls do your research its your life and your journey. I don't wish what happened to me on anyone, unfortunately for me it was a matter of what hospital would take my insurance, and it turned out to be the wrong choice.
