have you had dizzy spells ? Lupron like most of the ADT drugs inhibits testostrone. that in itself can cause you to become less stable and while falls and dizzyness are not listed as side effects from Lupron ( or other ADT drugs) I believe these drugs make us more vulnerable to missteps.

My advice is to log every day with just brief summary of events and if you are still falling by yr end, then time for assesment with your doc. My exp with doctors and PC is they really are not too interested in your day to day struggles unless there is a direct correlation to PC. I know I have to be more vigilant in my activities and finally had to realize I dont need to be on my roof doingrepairs or climbing down cliffs to some swimming hole. I still bike every day...but am much more cautious than in my youth...I hate to lose my surfing agility and such ..maybe after my ADT I can recapture some..getting old is insulting in many ways.
