I have oral lichen planus which I developed after having a tooth removed and a bone graph in preparation for an implant. This has been two years with no sign it will ever go away, just looking for ways to deal with it. Right now I find tomato based foods react negatively and coconut oil pulling works better for me than any tooth paste. I just had biopsy to confirm that I do not have cancer . No new recommendations from my oral surgeon so will continue with coconut oil.
