I found Tena #3, which you can only purchase from their website, were way better than the product on shelves of local retail stores. In fact, you can subscribe via the Tena website and take the worry out of running out by keeping a good supply at hand with regular shipments (I did mine every 6-weeks).
Be sure to keep several months supply on hand as over the years there were at least 2 periods of time Tena was "out of stock" for prolonged period of weeks (yikes!). I also had periods of time when I had to set my phone alarm to be sure I checked myself against possible leakage.
My continence worsened as I aged so in July 2025 I had a AUS device implanted. It has significantly reduced, but not eliminated, my incontinence. But since that reduction is significant I feel much more confident against any embarrassing leakage.
