Sorry I wanted to add this it may help. I purchased a watch that had alarm and a timer. I noticed about every 3hrs I have to change a pad. So I set the timer feature to go off 3 hrs so I don’t forget. The alarm feature on the watch I set every 2 hours to use the restroom, if I need to or not. So far it has kept me dry most of the time. Give it a try. If you get any new please share.

Though there is the issue that it is better to train your
bladder by letting if fill and try holding your urine, on days when i am active and will be out and around with others, I now just try to pee much more frequently so that the pad is much less full
