Sorry I wanted to add this it may help. I purchased a watch that had alarm and a timer. I noticed about every 3hrs I have to change a pad. So I set the timer feature to go off 3 hrs so I don’t forget. The alarm feature on the watch I set every 2 hours to use the restroom, if I need to or not. So far it has kept me dry most of the time.
