Did your PCP or your gastroenterologist think the sepsis was due to your biologics?

@lisalucier my gastroenterologist fought tooth and nail to deny my sepsis was GI related even though all tests pointed to my GI tract. They waited to do a follow up colonoscopy until post hospitalization plus 6 weeks of steroids so of course once the test was done my GI looked fantastic.

My gastroenterologist is stubborn, like most specialists, so my pcp actually just sent a referral to the Mayo for a second opinion.
