Okay here goes….. take a look at female urinary pads. Much larger and hold much more. And for some reason have a lot more “sticky tape” for staying in position. I’ve been using pads since 2008 when recovering from bladder cancer and have some experience. But everyone is unique. I also use and believe it’s necessary to wear undersized brief underwear. Tight underwear will help keep the pad in place. If you use a lot of pads it can get expensive so I’ve found that placing 2 or 3 Kleenex on the pad where you would most likely “drip” allows me to use a pad for an extended period. Obviously if the pad get even damp I say change it. Don’t want Mr. Happy sitting in a damp dark environment, subject to a rash or worse an infection. That’s my story🥵. Wishing you all the very best.
